Our Approach
Our home is based in a convenient, beautiful, & quiet country setting in the foothills of North Carolina. All puppies will be raised in our home so that they are family oriented, well socialized, and well acclimated to sights and sounds of a noisy house. Puppies are part of our family first, and that gets them ready to be part of your family, forever!
We will oversee the health and well being of each and every puppy until they are released to you. We will send them to their new home with lots of information about how to initially care for them and any required next steps to ensure a successful outcome.

Our Story
Appalachian Kennel is family owned and operated. There is plenty of space for our puppies to wander outside and experience things not normally available within a more metropolitan location. We raise our puppies indoors but we make sure they get outside as well and learn about things like leaves, grass, ponds/creeks (in the summer) and maybe a bug or two! We also work from our home, which means we are here day and night to ensure plenty of hands on involvement for our pets and their puppies. We have kids and they love being hands on as well. This is to your benefit! Your puppy will be use to being loved, played with in a busy, crazy, kid filled environment.
